Sandra’s practice focuses on complex tax structuring and planning for a wide range of business entities.  Sandra advises clients on the tax aspects of transactions, including stock and asset sales of corporations and divisions of corporations; the structuring and formation of limited liability companies, non-profit corporations and other entities; conversions and mergers and acquisitions of corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies and other entities.  Sandra also has experience in federal tax controversy in regard to refund and assessment claims with the Internal Revenue Service.
