Audra’s primary practice is commercial real estate.  Audra represents a wide array of owners and developers in the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial property.  Additionally, Audra has extensive leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial lease negotiations.  Audra’s clients range from small family owned businesses to publicly traded REITS.  Her representation has included the drafting and negotiating of lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, partnership agreements, operating agreements, easement agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.

Audra is a founding member of Stanley, Esrey & Buckley, LLP.  Prior to starting SEB, Audra was a partner in the real estate group of a prominent regional law firm. Before practicing law, Audra, an alumni of Teach For America, taught English and Theatre at Roosevelt High School in East Los Angeles, California.
