Sean’s practice is focused in the area of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions and dispositions and financing of real property. Sean’s practice also includes representation of both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground leases, office leases, and shopping center leases.
Prior to joining Stanley, Esrey, & Buckley, LLP, Sean worked as an associate in a prominent regional firm in which he represented lenders in connection with sophisticated commercial lending transactions, with an emphasis on capital market lending.
