Robb’s practice includes representation of clients in the acquisition, disposition, construction, leasing, financing and development of commercial office, retail, warehouse and industrial properties.
Robb's practice also includes representation of numerous small business and family business owners with respect to various aspects of their businesses, including formation of legal entities, negotiation of joint venture and partnership agreements, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
An increasing portion of Robb’s practice is dedicated to clients focusing on sustainable real estate development and redevelopment practices. Robb is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
Prior to founding Stanley, Esrey & Buckley, LLP, Robb was a partner in a prominent regional firm specializing in corporate and real estate transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Robb worked with Kurt Salmon Associates, Inc. as a management consultant providing strategic planning and marketing consulting services to clients in the retail, apparel and textile industries throughout the United States. Robb is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida. |
