Vin’s practice includes the representation of commercial real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of commercial office, retail, warehouse, and industrial properties. Vin also specializes in lease transactions representing both landlords and tenants in retail, office, warehouse, and industrial lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Stanley, Esrey & Buckley, LLP, Vin was an associate with a prominent regional firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions, and Vice President with a Fortune 500 company.
Vin is admitted to practice in Georgia.
